Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, Germany, and France. More countries are coming — email us if yours isn't listed yet.

Processing time is the time between order confirmation and handoff to the carrier, counted in business days (Mon–Fri, excluding China public holidays). Total delivery time = processing time + transit time.

Where we ship from

Every order ships from our workshop in China via a tracked service (ePacket / China Post / equivalent). We pack and dispatch within 2 business days; most orders arrive in 7-15 business days, depending on destination.

Shipping restrictions

• No P.O. Box delivery — our tracked carriers can't deliver to P.O. Boxes; please provide a street address.
• No freight forwarding addresses — our carriers will not ship to known freight forwarders; this protects you from fraudulent chargebacks.
• Apartment / suite required — if your building has a unit number, please include it in Address Line 2 to prevent delivery delays.
• APO / FPO / DPO — we ship to US military addresses; please allow an additional 2 weeks.
• Heat-sensitive product — we ship year-round but recommend watching for heat warnings during summer months in southern US destinations.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't arrived within the window above, write to hello@squishymood.faithlink.xyz and a real human will chase it down.

Customs, duties & VAT

International orders may be subject to local import duties, VAT, or GST, which are the buyer's responsibility. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — any duties collected on delivery are charged by your local carrier and are not part of our order total. Most small orders (under $80) clear without any charge; larger orders to the EU may be charged VAT upon import.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated in 7 days (US) or 14 days (international), email us and we'll file a carrier investigation. If the package is confirmed lost, we replace or refund at no cost to you.
