Is this safe for kids under 3?
No — like all small squishies, the cube is for ages 3 and up. Risk of choking if chewed. For younger kids, please see our larger 'jumbo' squishies.
How long does shipping take?
We ship worldwide from our China workshop via tracked mail. Most orders arrive in 7-15 business days; a few destinations take a little longer. You'll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Will it burst open?
No. The cube is tested to 5× average grip pressure. If it does burst (which we haven't seen), we replace it free. Just email hello@squishymood.faithlink.xyz with a photo.
Does it smell like chemicals?
No. We use food-grade TPR with zero phthalates. The cube should have no smell at all. If yours smells, that's a defect — contact us for a replacement.
Can I wash it?
Yes — wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Don't soak (water inside can damage the filling). Don't use alcohol-based cleaners.
What's your return policy?
30 days, no questions asked. Email hello@squishymood.faithlink.xyz and we'll send the return address and instructions.
Is it safe? What about the asbestos scares?
We make our squishies from food-grade TPR — the same class of material used in teethers and kitchenware — not the cheap recycled compounds behind the asbestos scares in some imported toys. No lead, no phthalates, no chemical smell.
