If you don't love your squishy, you have 30 days from delivery to return it — no questions asked. Squeezed it? That's fine. That's what it's for.
What you can return
- Unworn, unused squishies in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Damaged, defective, or wrong items at any time (we replace first, refund if you prefer).
What you can't return
- Squishies that have been cut, punctured, or heated (voids the replacement guarantee).
- Squishies that smell strongly of fragrance, smoke, or other foreign odors (hygiene reasons).
- Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards or digital products.
How to start a return
- Email hello@squishymood.faithlink.xyz with your order number.
- We reply within 24 hours with the return address and step-by-step instructions.
- Ship your return to the address we provide, using any tracked service.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after the return arrives back at our workshop. Your bank may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit to your account.
Damaged or defective items
If your squishy arrives damaged, smells off, or doesn't rise the way it should, don't ship it back — just send us a photo. We'll replace it free of charge, no return required.
Where to ship returns
For US orders, ship to the US returns address we send you (it's included in every return label email). Do not ship returns anywhere before you hear from us — international return shipping is the customer's responsibility and packages sent without prior RMA approval will not be processed.
International returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping. Alternatively, contact us — for most issues we'd rather send a replacement than make you visit a post office.
Refund timing summary
- 5 business days from when we receive your return → refund issued by SquishyMood
- 3–10 business days additional → credit posted by your card issuer or bank
- Total: 8–15 business days from ship date of your return
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
